Information you provide
The consultation form collects your name, email, inquiry type, service of interest, project description and preferred language. Business inquiries also require an organization and industry. Phone, website, role, timeframe and budget are optional. Do not include patient records, passwords, banking details or confidential documents.
How information is used
We use inquiries to assess project fit, respond, arrange consultations and discuss a scope of work. Submitting the form does not create an account, a contract or a payment obligation. Inquiries are not automatically subscribed to marketing.
Hosting and delivery
Hostinger hosts this website and processes form submissions. Accepted inquiries are sent through the hosting mail service to a private Google Gmail inbox managed by AK Alpha Data. The application does not create a separate inquiry database or public archive. Hosting and email providers may keep operational logs and backups under their own policies. Their processing may take place in more than one country.
Spam prevention
Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and device signals and network information to check for automated abuse. Our server validates its token before accepting a submission. We do not send the inquiry text to Turnstile. A short-lived server rate-limit record uses a keyed hash of your network address; it does not contain your inquiry text.
Website traffic
Our own page counter records aggregate daily page views for the business dashboard. It does not store visitor identifiers, network addresses, page query strings or inquiry contents. It does not identify unique visitors or track people across websites. Daily totals are retained for up to 400 days, together with an all-time total. Reloads and some automated visits can be included.
AI and languages
Translated pages are generated from public website copy and stored with the website. Reading a translation or submitting an inquiry does not send the inquiry contents to Google Translate or an AI model. Translations may contain errors; ask us to clarify important information.
Access and retention
Inquiry access is limited to authorized business administration. We retain correspondence as needed to respond, manage potential or agreed work, and meet applicable obligations. You may request deletion or correction through the consultation form, identifying your request in the project description. We may need to verify your identity before responding and may retain information where legally required.
Your choices
You can leave optional fields blank or choose not to submit. Use the consultation form for privacy questions, access requests, corrections or deletion requests. Do not send identity documents through the form. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for advertising targeting.
Security and scope
We use HTTPS, server-side validation and spam controls. No transmission or storage system is guaranteed completely secure. This site is not designed to collect information from children under 13. Any future learning platform will have its own data practices.
Updates
We will update these disclosures when our services or data handling changes. Separate consulting agreements define handling of confidential project information.
